Terms of Agreement

Agreement & Acceptance

• This agreement is between you (“User”) and Spacelance.com (“Spacelance”). By using Spacelance, you accept these Terms without modification.
• When you create an account or otherwise access our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spacelance.

Links to Third-Party Sites

• Spacelance may contain links to external websites (“Linked Sites”) that we do not control.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any Linked Site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Spacelance for unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Transmit or post content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, infringing, or harmful.
• Upload or distribute harmful software (viruses, spyware, etc.).
• Impersonate others or claim false affiliation.
• Use automated means (robots, scrapers) to access or extract data.

Materials & Submissions

• You retain ownership of content you upload (reviews, feedback, documents).
• By submitting content, you grant Spacelance a license to use, modify, display, distribute, etc. as needed to provide services. No compensation is due.
• Spacelance may remove or refuse to display any content at its discretion.

Payment & Billing

• Payment must be current for services to continue. Spacelance may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
• Discrepancies in billing must be reported within 90 days of the charge. After that period, you waive the right to dispute.
• Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. Payments non-eligible under that policy are non-refundable.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spacelance, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Spacelance provides its services “as-is” and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Spacelance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use.

Termination / Access Restriction

• Spacelance may terminate or restrict access to services at any time, without notice, for any reason.
• These Terms remain enforceable even after termination where relevant (e.g. obligations, liabilities).

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• Any disputes are to be resolved in the applicable courts in India.

Merger & Acquisition

• If Spacelance is acquired or merges, your rights under this agreement may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Entire Agreement & Severability

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Spacelance regarding use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications.
• f any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced or adjusted, while the remainder stays in full force.
